What is HEMA?
Historical European Martial Arts is the practice of fighting systems recorded by fencing masters centuries ago — longsword, sidesword, and more — reconstructed from their original manuscripts and trained as a living combat sport today.
Learn
Start from zero. Our free online course and in-person Fundamentals class teach distance, timing, and structure before you ever touch a live drill.
Train
Weekly classes in longsword and sidesword build real technique through drills, sparring, and coached feedback — foam to start, steel when you're ready.
Belong
A club built on courage, humility, and camaraderie — the kind of community that shows up rain or shine and celebrates every student's progress.
